KD质量管理工程师 / KD Quality Management EngineerGrazFull-timeProduction / Manufacturing / Processing - Automobile manufactureResponsibilities1、策划年度质量目标，并跟踪质量目标的完成情况，整体负责KD制造工厂质量目标的管理；2、负责KD制造工厂的质量考核实施，并且主导质量内部的个人绩效考核方案及实施；3、负责制定KD制造部门的质量培训年度计划并且跟踪计划的实施；4、负责KD制造的质量文化建设，定期策划KD制造工厂的质量活动实施；5、负责质量内部创新优化的推进工作，QC、改善等活动；6、负责质量先进设备、先进工艺等导入工作；7、领导交办的其他事项。Qualifications1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料等相关专业；2、5年以上主机厂过程质量管理经验，熟悉冲焊涂总生产过程；3、熟练掌握过程检验工艺，制造工艺，具备品质策划能力；4、掌握QC七大工具，8d报告等质量工具的运用；5、具备较强的系统思考能力和质量专业知识，有较强的文字组织，语言表达和汇报能力；6、有工厂建设、设备导入等经验，能对工厂建设、检查工艺提出合理化建议；7、具备良好的组织协调和沟通能力、主动性、团队精神、抗压能力。8、熟练的英语读写能力和良好的听说能力。Apply...
